Our Service Our service is designed to assist our clients at all stages of their purchase. • Meeting with the client in the UK to fully understand their requirements, we ensure that the property search is tailor-made to suit their needs, saving time, money and stress. • Our staff in resort will identify individual properties or developments that meet the client¹s requirements from the start taking into consideration the budget and other personal preferences. • Arranging viewing visits specifically for the client, they will be met at the airport by our representative and guided around the pre-specified properties on a one-to-one basis. Our staff will offer advice and guidance on the selection of property viewed and, if the requirements have changed based on viewings our trained staff will assess the clients feedback to determine other properties that will meet the new requirements. • Assisting in the property purchase, we will introduce the client to our carefully vetted local professionals to offer services including; solicitors, architects, developers and rental management. • Havens Interlink is dedicated to offering the personal service that all clients require, so when they return to the UK, the service continues, if the client has any questions or queries we can offer advice - from resort or our offices in the UK. Design and build will allow us to source plots of land to create a truly individual dwelling. We work with young inspired architects that take influence from many different sources to create property that excites and fulfills your practical requirements. With our expertise we can help in sourcing the right tiles & pool size even down to curtains if you so wish. We aim to provide you with a solution to meet your budget and needs. Naturally we cater for the purchases of newly built properties and off plan projects, with a wide range of pre-owned property enabling our clients to purchase in established communites. Selecting the Right Property It is our policy to recommend to clients that they should visit not only the area of their choice but view a number of areas and properties before making that all important decision. We normally recommend that viewing should be arranged for three days as in this time there is sufficient time to undertake the viewing and potentially start the purchase process thoroughly and efficiently. Havens Interlink advise the client to take time on this decision and property may be verbally held (at the discretion of the developer) in order for the client to return to home and think the decision over in the comfort of their own surroundings.
